01 · Thesis

A useful relationship.
A larger opportunity.

Farms come for useful connections and new customers. The larger opportunity is the work, supplies and services they buy throughout the year.

Visitor bookings and community are live. The next test is whether that relationship produces repeat use and a second commercial transaction. The round funds UK learning before further categories or countries.

The common relationship

A farm identity.
A reason to return.

Community participation is free.

Arrange farm work

A manual contracting service. Proposed fee after completed work.

The thesis: a useful farmer relationship can support more than one commercial service. Retention and adoption by existing active farms must be demonstrated.

02 · Product

See the product farmers use.

Existing product captures, not a live account view. Screen counts, prices and fee wording are historical; the current fee basis is set out in the business model.

These are different operating populations. Verification is not retention, a live listing is not a recent action, and registration is not a paying customer.

Available evidence

Participation

Farm registrations, verification, live supply and dated posting activity.

Next proof

Same farms return

Dated qualifying actions from a fixed cohort, separating staff activity.

Commercial proof

Useful work repeats

Accepted jobs, collected fees and repeat trade from existing farmers.

04 · Business model

Earn when the farmer gains.

A free community. Disclosed fees on useful transactions.

Booking customer fees are 2.5% and farmer commission is 7.1%, both before VAT. The one-time owner allowance covers the first £300 of commissionable subtotal. The proposed contracting pilot has separate terms.

Simple new-money dilution is 5.08%. This does not replace an issued and fully diluted cap table incorporating options, ASAs, share classes and investor rights.

07 · Team

Built by people close to the problem.

Lisa Hogan originated Only Farmers from her farming relationships. Wolfe Bentinck leads the business; Ted Shachtman built the platform. The latest operating plan adds a community lead and makes the further hire conditional on evidence.

The current team pack names the people, their contribution and the remaining role confirmations. Distribution access is an asset; it is not a contracted audience guarantee.
